1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (patterns, tutorials, downloads)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
